Vroova is a vehicle management application that allows users to:

  • Store and manage vehicle information
  • Track MOT, road tax, and service due dates
  • Record mileage and maintenance history
  • Receive reminders for upcoming vehicle obligations
  • Look up vehicle information from government databases

3. Information Accuracy Disclaimer

Vroova provides vehicle information sourced from third-party APIs including the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) and the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring their vehicle has a valid MOT certificate
  • Ensuring their vehicle is properly taxed
  • Ensuring their vehicle is properly insured
  • Verifying all vehicle information independently
  • Meeting all legal requirements for vehicle ownership and operation

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vroova and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided
  • Missed reminders or notifications
  • Expired MOT, tax, or insurance due to reliance on our service
  • Fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from vehicle non-compliance
  • Any unauthorised access to your account

Vroova is an informational tool only and does not replace your legal obligation to maintain your vehicle in compliance with UK law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and using the service
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Only add vehicles that you own or have permission to manage
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to access other users' data
  • Independently verify all important vehicle information

6. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party APIs and services, including:

  • DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service
  • DVSA MOT History Service (when available)
  • Authentication and database services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vroova name, logo, design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Vroova. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in any behaviour that we deem harmful to the service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
